Apprenticeship Scheme

Our ambition is to develop the next generation of IFC leaders across all disciplines and to ensure a new wave of exemplary fire engineers for the sustainable future of the construction industry.

IFC is working alongside recognised training bodies, as well as The London Fire Brigade and other large fire engineering organisations to develop an apprenticeship program for aspiring Fire Engineers. This will be aimed at A-Level students leaving school or college.

This innovative and exciting scheme is currently being developed and we are looking to be able to launch in the summer of 2020.

IFC who have been chosen to Chair the apprenticeship program and to secure its entry into the Fire Engineering market place; currently have an Apprentice who is working up to the A Level standard required, to be one of the first to join the scheme when it begins.
