You will have a very good knowledge of, and extensive experience delivering fire risk management, and in particular fire risk assessments, across various industries (retail, healthcare, office, banking, military, government etc.).

A good understanding of regulatory enforcement, and ideally experience liaising and negotiating with enforcement authorities, together with expert knowledge in a particular field of fire safety, or a particular industry sector would be advantageous.

Understanding of fire safety relating to CDM would be a distinct advantage, as would significant experience of large developments or a 'stand out' individual without the experience but definitely moving in the right direction, and having the right attitude and good people skills.
